John took the time to explain everything I didn't understand, sometimes multiple times. When I finally closed on my house I felt like I understood what I was doing instead of just being pushed through the process.

We really appreciated that Mr. Stafford was available to work with us at any time. My husband and I both have full-time jobs and kids, so after-hours was our only time to connect with brokers - and John answered all of our questions no matter the time. He helped us every step of the way!
